Two of the darkest green eyes, sunken in a mixture of pity and vexation, leave an uncomfortable mark at his stare, cold and icy, portraying the feeling as if claws tore into flesh and bone, followed by a thinned and long muzzle, creates a fraught sense . The Havana brown, with a mix of short and lengthy auburn fur, and ears that stretch tall to the sky, a cat like him appears strange. They say life for the character had been a tough one if their walk is different than that of one with a usual joy. His signature saunter leaves his head hanging between his shoulders and a tensity throughout his body, as if someone sipped all the energy from him, marking this statement true. It is a transfix to catch sight of the warrior, since he is either hiding or doing an entirely different thing. Toilsome, diligent, and productive at the most, and Copperthroat usually does his travail alone in his own time.His story is a harrowing one, a line of particular events so calamitous, he would rather leave it to his warriors to gossip of in his place. There he is the kit, in a nest of only two that remained alive of five, that night was the last they saw of their father, and the echoing of a mother's desperate cries remain playing in his mind. There wasn't much words that came from his mother that night, nor ever, and in the young tom's eyes, he could see her existence ebbing away right in front of his eyes as she stopped making her effort with life. For a long time, he and Ironblood had to care for her the best they could. Though one day, their worries for their mother seemed to come to an end altogether as she had once decided to make her way out of the camp herself and was met by a hungry fox. There wasn't many words shared from the brothers after that, and they soon understood the sadness that swallowed her that day. Soon after, it seemed perhaps too soon after the slaughter of his mother that Ironblood went missing, and later they found trails of blood and bundled pieces of dark gray fur, which they had assumed belonged to the colorless identical figure of Copperthroat. The only cat he had appeared to trust any longer had just disappeared, as if he had never existed. There really wasn't much knowing Copperthroat after this. Many moons later, the only one who had bothered speaking to him in the moment she found the suffering warrior was SunClan's deputy, Littlemoon. Instantly, there was something that had been placed in his heart that hadn't seemed to be there before. It wasn't long that the two realized their love for one another. After this, he met Littlemoon's kits with Deal, Darklily, Blackwater, Snowstep, Spidershadow and Ravenwinter. He ended up being a mentor to Darklily, and he hadn't believed anything could go wrong. There was finally growth in his life again, though it seemed to fall downhill once more. As they had a litter of their own kits, who were Roamingelk, the SunClan's medicine cat, Pineshiver, and a single still-born, who they couldn't bare give a name, Littlemoon fell into depression. It was like seeing his mother all over again, and he saw this cat, who was once full of energy and power and affection, fall into nothing in a second. Over time he began losing his respect for her as she wandered off daily to be alone, while he watched their kits alone and had to bare them asking why their mother wasn't with them. Soon again, the air was silent, and the only thing he could remember that night was then seeing the warriors drag her limp body back to camp. There was a mix of devastation, anger, and everything at seeing the black and white she-cat with blood smeared over her throat. It turns out the murderer was Darklily, for all her lies and betrayal to the clan, though it remains unknown. He had dreamed of a family, especially one with her, though he couldn't help but to think, and blame himself for the outcome. Their children seemed unfazed by the fact that their mother was nothing more now than a body laid waste, which is what saddened him the most, that they could not love their mother, and now, she couldn't love them. Being quiet about the murder for a while, he hadn't been able to grasp the reality until it finally came to him. Copperhroat accused Nightwanderer, who had been Littlemoon's fake mate before him, and had scarred the black tom's eye in an attack that had to be stopped by Darklily's half brother, Illicittrade. He had surmised that Nightwanderer was her killer, because she couldn't love him the way he wanted, but he later figured out he was wrong.Almost a month after his mate's death, he still hasn't gotten olden seeing her lifeless body, and it's as if he could see her everywhere. When he came across a kittypet named Geranium wandering the territory, he had almost mistaken the pampered she-cat for Littlemoon, but she was soon met with an attitude of petulance and imprisoned her in their camp, being doomed to watch over the stranger until they planned to release her. It hadn't been easy watching someone as arrogant as she was, though when she mentioned her meeting a tom that looked almost liked him with the name of "Iron," he decided to use her to his advantage to try navigating the course of his long lost brother. As he followed her to the place they had first met, they luckily found the gray tom low to the borders of SpringClan and SummerClan where he had been staying in a cave since his disappearance. The two brothers caught up, though Copperthroat was strongly displeased when Ironblood refused to go back to SunClan with them, saying he had began to build his life alone in the cave and didn't want to see the clan out of shame that he had just up and left, which left the two in altercation. Soon he became comfortable with Geranium as a friend, but soon discovered she had been sneaking out frequently to meet Ironblood as having affectionate feelings for him when she had made her home with SunClan. Because of this, he confronted her, and told her not to continue seeing him, as the tom made his choice not to come back, though it seemed to only push her to want to go more. It doesn't take long for him to figure out that what actually brought her to live within the clan was the fact she had conceived kits. Yet before he knew this, Geranium disappeared one day and he had only one place to look; the cave. Once he found her there, she confessed to being scared about what he would think about the kits. He hadn't known whether they were his own or Ironblood's, but the truth was uncovered once they were born. Copperthroat was devastated to learn they were his own, seeing how they looked like the miniature versions of himself. At their birth, they were named by the former kitty pet, who are known as Fadingmoon, Shiningsun, and Blissfulnature. The third, Smallkit, hadn't lived to earn a warrior name. In complete integrity, he hadn't grown to love Geranium completely, though as a father he had cared for them deeply, despite wishing they weren't his. In the end,despite wishing they weren't his. Every once in a while when he has time to separate from his responsibilities, Copperthroat will part from the territory to travel toward the lower base of the mountains to visit. One day, he hopes the reign of this epoch would come to an end and he could bring his family home again. Though, it was too late for some. While his kits were in the mountain to stay safe, they soon realize it wasn't the exact place to be. Only a few weeks after being brought there, the weakest of the four, Smallkit, had become very sick by unknown causes. When the news was brought by Geranium, Copperthroat had begun to beg Roamingelk to come with them to the cave and do anything possible to help her. Hesitantly, Roamingelk agreed and they set off to the mountains. The sickness wasn't anything the medicine cat had seen before, though he wasn't going to stop there, vowing to himself that he wouldn't let anyone in need die without a fight on his side. Though the cold hadn't seemed too bad the first few days, it quickly turned into a flu, and the medicine cat accidentally gave the kit the wrong treatments of herbs. Soon enough, she had expired. Copperthroat continued to believe she was safe with Littlemoon in the stars. As much as Copperthroat wanted to blame the death of his daughter on Roamingelk, he fought that side of him and decided to forget the horrific event. Not long after the three others grew to apprentice age, they had been met with a small group of rogues, who had taken Fadingmoon and clawed out his tongue, ruining him to become a mute. When he was able to get back home, they instantly confided in Copperthroat, who had been almost certain of going after them with a patrol, but Geranium begged him not to, though he promised someday he would. Still he fears what may happen to the others and spends his nights protecting them constantly. Near the same time of Geranium's birth, he learned soon that Mysteriousnight had birthed his kits, Erlking, Blackgrim, Foolishfire and Wailingherald while he was away visiting Geranium. Because they never loved each other and he had been away at this time, she began to hate him deeply and purposely tried to make him upset whenever she had the chance, thought her attempts hadn't worked. As she may not be thrilled to have him around, he deeply loves the four they had together, and while it was never easy having them open up to him, he would have never stopped trying. Still time passes, and he always finds a way to put him in an even deeper pit of misery. He had learned over this time he had began to slowly fall in love with his dead mate's former lover, Deal, though resented those feelings many times. In the time being, he came to fall deeply in love with Somberheart, who at the time was an apprentice and was second guessing her place in SunClan. Not wanting to lose her, he moved there with the she-cat, who was at the time pregnant with the last litter he would ever have. Or so, he believed. Not long after moving to DayClan, he had done anything to try fitting in, hoping to become more comfortable in the clan and feel at home there, but this turned into a grave mistake he would regret forever. Deal escorted him to the clan one final time, and promised him that if Copperthroat were to hurt Somberheart as he had managed to do to his past lovers, he would suffer a fate worse than death, and that he did. Visiting the medicine cat, Dawnbreak, for a minor injury he received while hunting, it didn't take long for the copper tom begin to love the she-cat. As time passed, he thought it was inappropriate to carry on a secret relationship with her, guilt weighing on his shoulders as he still with Somberheart, at that moment not knowing that he was expecting a litter with the healer. Only moons later had she given birth to two kits, one that appeared much like Dawnbreak, and another who took on the looks of Copperthroat. At first glance, he knew they were his, and he confronted the medicine cat about the two. First impressions are usually important to someone such as him, and he wasn't disappointed as he met Russetshadow and Duskdance. When he confronted the she-cat, the reply he had received shocked him as she mentioned that she wanted to come out to the clan about their relationship and the fact that she had become a new mother.The details would indeed ruin his reputation along with her own, but he decided to stand by her instead of fight it, and along with that, he did what he thought was best and told Somberheart the truth. He wasn't surprised to find that she already knew, considering any child of Copperthroat​ could be easily picked out, but that night, she had put an end to their relationship, and was once again met with loneliness, where he ran into the comfort of Dawnbreak. Unfortunately, not long after he decided to settle down with the healer, she disappeared, leaving behind only her memory through her children. Over those moons, he had lost the respect of his clanmates, and as he saw it, his kits didn't want a sad excuse of a father as a role model and became distant, even if he were once a hero in their eyes. By this time, he was sure that there was nothing left that could be taken away from him. At least he still had his good looks, right? It's safe to assume not. A few days after while accompanying a patrol, he left to long woods for a border check, where he met his fate on the thunderpath. The details are hazy, but all he can remember of the incident was saving an apprentice from being hunted down by a monster, in which he became it's prey. Only later that day did he awaken in the medicine den, where he felt out of place. The blow had dealt him a crooked jaw, one of which never healed correctly after that and was stuck lopsided, a charming and handsome figure now tarnished by StarClan's will. Fearing the had been given a warning by the Divinecats to undo the harm he had done to those around him, he crossed borders, planning to disappear from the sight and live out the rest of his days with his daughter Sithlord, who had decided to become a loner and do the same. He was halted at the borders of MoonClan, however, and was taken in and met by a young familiar face of the one he once held affection for, Legionstar. Being appointed a position as training in a medicine cat's paws, it put a lot of awkwardness between the two, but his chances of regaining any of their attachment was dissipated. He didn't completely feel at home there, and his visit by a friend made him realize that it wasn't his place. He had come across Somberheart deep in the territory, where he became enlightened and set off to live in SunClan, where he knew he felt truly at peace. He left MoonClan without a word to anyone, though he knew they would be lead just fine in Spirithaven's steps with what he had taught her. SunClan didn't welcome him in completely, but he couldn't blame them with knowing he had just abandoned them for moons. For a while, he was just fine with that, and he had believed he moved on from the past, though it still corrupted his mind and heart. He was willing to stay put for the remainder of his life, until a fire broke out and he watched his home burn to the ground, with many that he loved trapped in the flames. As much as he tried to stay and help mend them, he went back to DayClan and back to Somberheart to make amends, only to find that they could never go back to the life they had before. If reasons do not explain the morose, sullen, and ill-tempered disposition of this warrior, it is an enigma what does.
